3M 110 Double-Sided Foam Mounting Tape 1/2 x 75

Ideal Indoor Mounting Tape

This 3M Scotch 110 double-sided foam tape is designed for permanent indoor mounting on painted drywall, finished wood, metal, acrylic, tile and glass. The white foam roll measures one-half inch wide by seventy-five feet long. Its industrial-strength adhesive delivers a strong bond on contact without nails, screws or tools. Application works best between fifty and one hundred degrees Fahrenheit on smooth, clean, dry surfaces.

Best for Light Decor and Organisation

Homeowners and renters hanging pictures, chore charts or lightweight décor up to fifteen pounds will find this tape suits the task. It is not intended for outdoor exposure, heavy structural loads or surfaces that are rough, dusty or damp. Buyers who need removable adhesive, higher weight ratings or weather-resistant bonding should look at alternative fastening methods.

Quick Press-and-Hold Installation

Cut the required length, press firmly onto the object, then press the object onto the prepared surface for thirty seconds to set the bond. The roll yields eighty inches of tape per pound of holding capacity, so measure carefully before cutting. Common issues include weak adhesion on textured walls, oily residues or cold surfaces below the minimum application temperature.
