Gentle fixation tape

This clear silicone tape provides reliable securement for dressings and devices while removing cleanly from fragile skin. It tears by hand and can be repositioned during application. Each roll measures one inch wide by 5.5 yards long. The product is supplied new in single-patient use roll sizes.

Patients with sensitive or fragile skin

The silicone adhesive is designed for kind removal without disrupting delicate skin layers or causing undue pain. It suits clinical and home-care settings where frequent dressing changes are required. Users needing a waterproof barrier or heavy-duty waterproof hold should consider alternative products. Those requiring a specific width other than one inch will need a different roll.

Silicone adhesive for kind removal

The defining characteristic is the silicone formulation that balances secure fixation with atraumatic removal. This technology allows the tape to stay in place until intentionally removed while protecting skin integrity. Buyers should verify that a silicone-based adhesive matches their clinical protocol or personal care needs before purchasing.
