General-purpose packing tape

This commercial-grade Scotch tape is designed for everyday packaging and shipping tasks. Its hot-melt synthetic rubber adhesive delivers strong initial grab and a secure bond on typical cartons. The roll meets U.S. Postal regulations for standard mail use. Supplied on a standard three-inch core for compatibility with common dispensers.

High-volume shippers and warehouse teams

Buyers who need a heavy-duty grade for repetitive sealing will find the aggressive adhesive reliable. Those who require a built-in dispenser should look elsewhere because none is included. Users needing specialised adhesives for extreme temperatures or long-term archival storage should consider other formulations. The clear finish suits most box labelling requirements.

55-yard roll length

The single roll provides fifty-five yards of clear tape on a three-inch core. This length determines how many cartons can be sealed before a replacement is needed. Verify that your dispenser accepts the three-inch core size before ordering. No other dimensions or tensile ratings are supplied.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 55 yd roll is dispensing correctly on my 3" core dispenser?

The tape should unwind smoothly without tearing and the hot melt rubber adhesive should grip cartons immediately when pressed.

Does the 37102CR roll include a dispenser or must I supply my own?

No dispenser is included; you need a standard 3" core hand-held or desktop dispenser to apply the tape.

Which core size should I select for a standard packing tape gun?

Choose the 3" core version — it matches the 3" core diameter used by most commercial tape dispensers.
