Questions about this item

How do I apply the 18 mm wide tape so it seals properly?

Press the 7.3 mil thick rubber adhesive firmly along the full 11/16 in width to activate the 36 oz/in bond before painting.

When will the tan 501+ tape need to be replaced on a masking job?

Remove within the clean-removal window; the roll holds 55 m (60 yd) so one length covers most interior trim runs before a fresh piece is needed.

What temperature limit appears first during extended bake cycles?

The adhesive is rated to 300 Degrees F; exceeding that causes the rubber bond to break down before the backing fails.
