6 Pack Compostable Cellulose Coconut Sponges

This set contains six natural kitchen sponges made from white cellulose and organic coconut fibres. They are designed for everyday dishwashing and surface cleaning in eco-conscious homes. The compostable materials offer a biodegradable alternative to conventional plastic scrubbers. Each sponge combines a soft absorbent side with a tougher scrubbing layer.

S Shaped Ergonomic Grip Fits Hand

The comfort-curve design follows the hand for a secure hold during extended scrubbing sessions. An airy cellulose structure promotes rapid drying to reduce odours and bacterial growth. The non-scratch coconut layer cleans pans, glassware and delicate surfaces without marking them. No special tools or holders are required to use or store the sponges.

Replaces Plastic Scourers For Greener Disposal

These sponges suit households replacing synthetic scouring pads with plant-based options. The cellulose portion can be composted while the coconut layer is discarded separately. Packaging is plastic-free and fully recyclable to support low-waste routines. Buyers needing heavy-duty abrasives for baked-on carbon or industrial grime should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long does a sponge last before it falls apart with daily scrubbing?

Each sponge combines cellulose and coconut fibre that air-dry quickly, slowing bacterial growth and extending usable life through repeated dishwashing cycles.

Do the sponges stay damp and smelly after a full day of use?

The open-cell cellulose structure releases moisture fast, so the sponge surface feels dry within hours and does not develop the musty odour common with plastic foam pads.

What sink or surface do I need for these sponges to work properly?

They work on any standard kitchen sink, countertop, glassware, pots or pans — no special fixture or accessory is required.
