General-purpose adhesive transfer tape

The 3M 92434 roll supplies a 2.0 mil acrylic adhesive on a densified kraft paper liner. It is engineered for use with 3M Scotch ATG applicators in office, light assembly and general bonding tasks. The 36 yard length supports extended production runs without frequent roll changes.

Roll format and liner

The 3/4 inch width and 36 yard length suit hand-held ATG guns and automated dispensing heads alike. The kraft liner protects the adhesive until application and releases cleanly during use. Buyers needing wider coverage or a different adhesive chemistry should evaluate alternative tape constructions.

Will the 2.0 mil acrylic adhesive layer need replacement after extended use?

The adhesive is a single-use 2.0 mil acrylic layer; once the 36-yard roll is dispensed, the entire roll is replaced.

What limit appears first when applying the 92434 tape continuously with an ATG applicator?

The 36-yard roll length is the first limit; after dispensing the full length, a new roll must be loaded.
