3M 9415PC is a double-coated polyester film tape with a permanent high-tack adhesive on one face and a removable low-tack adhesive on the liner side. The translucent construction allows visual alignment during application. Installation and Common Issues

The tape unwinds from a standard three-inch core and can be applied by hand or with a desktop dispenser. Its differential coating means the exposed side bonds permanently while the liner side stays repositionable.
