Griddle Scrubber for Commercial Kitchens

The 3M 9537 Scotchbrick is a one-piece cleaning tool built for flat griddles in food-service environments. Its heat-resistant handle protects the user from burns, grease and grime while the unit is in use. The scrubber is designed for repeated cleaning cycles across busy shifts.

Temperature and Surface Constraints

The pad works on griddles at any operating temperature, so staff can clean during service without waiting for the surface to cool. The open, non-woven construction resists clogging from heavy carbon build-up. It is not suited for grooved griddles, grill grates or delicate non-stick coatings that require soft abrasives.

Durable Build for Daily Use

Heavy-duty fiber, mineral, plastic and resin materials withstand frequent scrubbing and high heat without falling apart. The pad rinses clean easily and is dishwasher safe, leaving no unpleasant odours or residues. Each pack contains four red and black units measuring four by six by three inches for convenient rotation.
