600 lbs Capacity Laundry Cart for Commercial Use

This heavy-duty cart supports 600 lbs and provides 400L of storage within a 34.3 in x 24.4 in x 31.5 in frame. It serves hotels, laundries, and large households that move bulk linens daily. The powder-coated steel chassis resists rust under constant wet loads.

Load and Manoeuvrability Limits

The 600 lbs rating defines the maximum safe weight; exceeding it risks frame deformation or caster failure. Four 4-inch swivel casters roll smoothly on flat floors but struggle over thresholds, thick carpet, or uneven outdoor surfaces. The 400L volume fills quickly with bulky items like comforters, limiting the number of trips.

Simple Assembly with Alignment Checks

The frame bolts together without special tools, and the Oxford cloth bag lifts off for washing or replacement. Misaligned bolt holes are the most common snag — loosely fit all fasteners before tightening. Casters must seat fully in their sockets or the cart will wobble under a full 270 kg load.
