3M Hand Rivet Nut Setter Kit 9 Pack

This 3M kit supplies nine hand rivet nut setters in a single set for general fastening tasks. The pack is sold new and measures 4.3 x 2.8 x 1.4 inches overall. It is intended for users who need a ready assortment of setters for installing threaded inserts in sheet metal, plastic or composite panels.

Sustained workshop use

The tools are built from durable, strong and dense materials that resist deformation during repeated setting cycles. Each setter maintains its shape and function over long sessions without compromising strength. Before applying to finished surfaces, test on an inconspicuous area to verify no damage occurs.

Replaces improvised or single-size tools

This nine-piece set upgrades from makeshift methods or limited single-size setters by covering multiple insert sizes in one package. The jump is worthwhile when a project demands several thread sizes or when a workshop wants a complete hand-setting solution without sourcing individual pieces. Buyers needing powered installation or hydraulic force will not find that capability here.

What surfaces or tools do I need to have ready before using these 9 sponges?

They work on dishes, bathroom fixtures, floors, garden and garage items — just test on a hidden spot first.

Will the black scouring layer scratch the older non-stick pans I still use?
