3-Count Rivet Nut Setter Kit

This 3M kit supplies three hand-operated rivet nut setters for installing threaded inserts in sheet metal, plastic and composite panels. It is aimed at maintenance technicians, assembly staff and DIY builders who need a portable fastening solution without pneumatic tools.

Temperature-controlled FlexTexture foam

The polymer foam stiffens in cold water for aggressive scrubbing and softens in warm water for delicate surfaces. Scratch-free performance is claimed on glass, stainless steel, cast iron, non-stick coatings, copper, chrome and leather. Odour resistance lasts up to 12 weeks with proper care.

Ergonomic grip for sustained use

The contoured shape fits the hand and provides 360-degree coverage, while the eye cut-outs hold utensils for two-sided cleaning. This design reduces fatigue during extended cleaning sessions across kitchen, bathroom, automotive and outdoor surfaces.

Questions about this item

How do I use the FlexTexture foam correctly for the first time?

Wet the sponge with cold water for firm scrubbing or warm water for a soft wipe; the texture changes instantly so you can match the task without extra effort.

How long will each sponge stay odor-resistant before I need to replace it?

With proper rinsing and drying after each use, the odor-resistant property lasts up to 12 weeks per sponge, giving the 3-count pack roughly 36 weeks of total life.

What is the first sign the sponge is wearing out during heavy daily scrubbing?

The FlexTexture foam gradually loses its ability to firm up in cold water, so scrubbing power drops before the sponge falls apart.
