3M PSA Sanding Disc Brown 60440202202

This 3M PSA sanding disc uses a pressure sensitive adhesive backing for secure attachment to a backup pad or steel platen. It is designed for grinding and dual action sanding on metal surfaces. The pack contains 10 discs for workshop use.

Sustained heavy duty sanding performance

A heat-resistant resin bond and cloth backing allow the disc to withstand high temperatures during prolonged operation. Aluminum oxide particles in a closed coat maintain a fast cut rate under continuous load. The construction supports consistent deburring and blending over extended periods.

Pressure sensitive adhesive interface limits

The adhesive backing requires a clean backup pad or steel platen to achieve proper bonding and clean removal. Surface contamination can reduce holding power during high heat applications. The system is intended for use with compatible pneumatic or hydraulic sanding equipment.
