Paper-based tape dispenser set

This pack supplies two Scotch 814 desktop dispensers, each pre-loaded with a roll of translucent paper tape. The combination suits home offices, classrooms and light craft work where a renewable backing and a clean tear are preferred over plastic film.

Sustained use behaviour

The paper backing is sourced from responsibly managed forests and carries FSC certification, so repeated rolls keep the same renewable profile. Adhesive holds lightweight décor and labels securely, then releases cleanly from walls without leaving residue, even after extended contact.

Installation and common issues

Each unit works straight from the pack; no threading or alignment is required. The tape tears cleanly by hand, removing the need for a cutter blade. Users should test on delicate surfaces first, as adhesion can vary with paint finish or wallpaper texture.

Questions about this item

Does the 814 dispenser need electricity or make noise when used all day?

No, the 814 is a manual desktop dispenser with no motor, fan or power supply, so it runs silently and generates no heat.

Nothing extra — each 814 unit includes a roll of Scotch paper tape loaded in the dispenser, ready to use immediately.

Can I refill the 814 with standard Scotch rolls I already keep in the cupboard?

Yes, the 814 accepts any Scotch tape refill, including the paper-based rolls, so your existing supplies will fit.
