Preprinted self-adhesive polyester labels marked “7” on white, 576 pieces per roll for 6/0–24 AWG wire, –40 °F to 250 °F range
This 3M SDR-7 refill roll supplies 576 pre-printed polyester labels in a black-on-white format. It is designed for electricians, technicians and installers who need quick, legible circuit identification on site or in the workshop.
The acrylic-adhesive polyester film operates from minus 40 degrees up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Each label measures only 0.003 inches thick and 0.22 inches wide, adding negligible bulk while staying readable in harsh thermal environments.
Labels stick directly onto conductors from 6/0 down to 24 AWG without extra fasteners. The roll fits the standard STD dispenser, so users can pull and apply markers one-handed during termination or maintenance work.

Thread the polyester film roll into the STD dispenser so the adhesive side faces outward, then advance the first label to verify the legend feeds straight; skipping that test feed causes misaligned markers on the wire.
The refill roll itself is consumed after all 576 labels are applied; the STD dispenser is reusable and only requires a new SDR-7 roll to continue marking.
The acrylic adhesive is rated to 250 degrees F; prolonged exposure above that temperature is the first limit that can cause bond failure on the polyester film labels.
