Letter-size 3 mil pouches

These thermal laminating pouches measure 11.5 by 9 inches and accept documents up to 8.5 by 11 inches. The 3 mil thickness provides a permanent glossy seal that protects frequently handled pages. Each pack contains 50 clear pouches for home or office use.

Heat-activated sealing

The pouches work with thermal laminators such as the TL901, TL902, TL906 and TL1306 models. No adhesive backing or cold-press step is required; heat alone creates the bond. Power draw and noise are determined by the laminator, not the pouch itself.

Compatible laminator fit

Designed for the listed Scotch thermal laminators, the pouches feed through standard letter-size slots without trimming. They free users from cutting custom sizes and leave no residue on rollers. Not suited for cold-lamination machines or wide-format units.

Questions about this item

How do I insert the 11.5 x 9 pouch into my TL901 laminator without jamming?

Place the sealed edge of the pouch into the TL901 feed slot first, keeping the document centred with a small border; feeding the open edge first causes misfeeds and wrinkles.

Will the 3 mil gloss finish on these 50 pouches degrade or need replacing over time?

The thermal seal is permanent; the clear gloss surface resists yellowing and does not require maintenance — replace only if a pouch is damaged before lamination.

What document size limit will I hit first when running multiple 8.5 x 11 sheets through a TL906 continuously?

The pouch maximum is 8.5 x 11 inches; sustained runs are limited by the laminator’s duty cycle and cooling pauses, not by the pouch dimensions.
