100 g Sn60-Pb40 rosin-core wire, 0.8 mm diameter, 1.8 % flux, melts at 190 °C
This 100 g spool uses a Sn60-Pb40 alloy with 1.8 % flux inside the 0.8 mm wire. It melts at 190 °C and is intended for hand soldering of electronic components, cables, circuit boards and small appliances.
The alloy reaches a working temperature of 340±20 °C quickly and holds it steadily during long joints. Low melting point and fast wetting keep the tip flowing without repeated reheating, while the rosin core leaves less residue on the board.
Antioxidation treatment keeps the surface clean between sessions so the wire feeds smoothly each time. The 0.22 lb reel fits a bench holder or a toolbox pocket, making it practical for DIY repairs, home improvement jobs and occasional production use.
