6-inch SATA III BNC cable

The A A Arts SC-SATA3-6-LL-BL-90 is a 6-inch BNC cable built to the SATA III standard with two Type L connectors arranged at 90 degree to 180 degree angles. It carries a UV Blue jacket and 26AWG bare copper conductors for internal or external routing. Each end includes a locking latch to secure the connection between host and device ports.

Practical limits of the SATA III interface

The cable supports the SATA revision 3.0 rate of 6.0 Gbps and remains backwards compatible with 1.5 Gbps and 3.0 Gbps devices. Shielding and EMI protection are provided along the full length to maintain signal integrity. It is UL listed and RoHS compliant for regulated builds. The 6-inch reach restricts use to closely spaced ports.

Check your existing setup before ordering

Verify that both the host controller and the target device present standard Type L SATA ports and that the 6-inch span between them matches the 90 degree to 180 degree connector orientation. Confirm the latch mechanism clears surrounding components and that the UV Blue colour fits any colour-coding scheme. Buyers needing longer runs or right-angle-only connectors cannot use this cable.
