A4 Thermal Paper for Portable Printers

This pack contains 100 sheets of white A4 thermal paper sized at 8.27 x 11.69 inches with a matte finish. It is designed specifically for thermal printers and will not work in laser printers, inkjet printers or copiers. The fanfold format allows continuous multi-page printing without reloading.

Print quality and durability over time

The coated surface dries instantly so text and graphics stay sharp without smudging or fading during extended print runs. Documents remain legible for up to 5 years in storage. The paper resists water, oil and wear while containing no BPA.

Installation notes and common issues

Load the stack with the coated side facing the print head; the reverse side will not accept an image. Ensure the printer uses direct thermal technology rather than thermal transfer or ribbon-based systems. Sheets tear cleanly at the perforations, but misaligned feeding can cause jams.

Questions about this item

Does the 48 lb matte thermal paper generate any noise or heat during continuous all-day printing?

The paper itself produces no noise or heat; only the portable thermal printer's mechanism creates sound and warmth while feeding the 8.26 x 11.69 inch sheets.

Must I already own a portable thermal printer to use these 100 A4 fanfold sheets?

Yes, the paper is designed exclusively for thermal printers and will not work with laser, inkjet or copier devices.

Will the BPA-free 210 x 297 mm sheets feed reliably through an older portable thermal printer I still use?

The fanfold format and quick-dry coating are made for standard A4 thermal mechanisms, so they feed through compatible older models without tearing.
