Is A4 paper the same as letter paper?
No. Letter is 8.5 by 11 inches, while A4 is 210 by 297 mm, about 8.3 by 11.7 inches: narrower and a little longer. Most printers can print both, but set the paper size in the print dialog and the tray guides so the page is not scaled or cropped.
How many sheets are in a ream?
A ream is 500 sheets, and cartons hold several reams. Some listings give the total sheet count, such as 4000 sheets for eight reams, so divide by 500 to compare packs of different sizes.
Can I run laser media through an inkjet printer, or the reverse?
