VoIP desk phone with touch screen

The Aastra 6739 is a wired VoIP desk phone that uses a colour touch screen for call handling and menu navigation. It connects through an RJ-11 interface and ships with a base unit and a handset with curly cord. The device is supplied new and has been inspected to meet manufacturer specifications.

Best for single-line office use

This phone suits users who need a single wired VoIP line with a touch-driven interface on the desk. It is not for buyers who require Power over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or DECT mobility, or those who need multiple simultaneous SIP accounts.

RJ-11 wired connectivity

The only network interface is a DSL/Phone RJ-11 port, so the handset must plug into a compatible analogue or gateway port. No Ethernet, PoE or wireless option is present, making this the deciding factor for installation planning.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 6739 or the 6739i model?

The product is listed as the 6739 model; the 6739i designation appears only in the supplier title and refers to the same unit.

What does the colour touch screen add to daily calls?

The colour touch screen replaces physical keys for menu navigation, contact search and call control, letting you tap directly on the display.

What does the DSL/Phone (RJ-11) interface connect to?

The RJ-11 port links the handset and curly cord to the base unit; network connectivity uses a separate Ethernet port not detailed here.
