Metal Repair Epoxy Putty

ABATRON SS-Bond P is a two-part gray epoxy putty supplied in a 16 oz pail. It is formulated for bonding and rebuilding metal, ceramic, fiberglass and glass surfaces in workshop and maintenance tasks.

Paintable Nonshrinking Finish

After a one-hour working time the putty cures to a wear-resistant, nonshrinking state that can be painted. Full cure is reached in two days, providing a durable surface ready for topcoats without additional priming.

Temperature Range 50 to 100 Degrees F

The material performs reliably between 50 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit and has a flash point of 245 degrees Fahrenheit. It is not suited for continuous exposure above 100 degrees or for structural loads beyond the epoxy’s shear capacity.
