These white direct thermal labels measure 2-1/4" x 1-1/4" and are built for high-volume industrial label printers. Each roll contains 1135 labels and a carton holds 4 rolls for a total of 4540 labels. They use a Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock with a high-sensitivity coating designed for dry environments.

Perforated Rolls Load Quickly

The perforated design separates individual labels cleanly during printing so rolls feed smoothly in compatible direct thermal machines. No ribbon or ink cartridge is required because the thermal layer reacts directly to heat. Exposure to water, oil, alcohol or other liquids can damage the coating and cause print fading or unreadable labels.

Adhesive Limits and Compliance

The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive bonds strongly to corrugated cardboard and adheres well to plastic surfaces. It meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact but is not rated for direct food application or prolonged immersion.
