General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These labels suit offices, warehouses and light-industrial lines that need permanent identification on boxes, shelves or products. Each roll delivers 3000 labels and a carton supplies four rolls for a total of 12000 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and works down to a minimum application temperature of 30degF.

Thermal Transfer Printing Constraints

The rolls require a thermal transfer printer that accepts a 5" outer diameter and a 1" core. Perforations run horizontally every 7/8" so labels separate cleanly without a cutter. The 40# basis weight paper stock is not designed for direct thermal printing or for exposure to harsh solvents.

Adhesive Temperature Range Decides Fit

The adhesive maintains bond across a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC), making it reliable in cold storage and moderately hot environments. Buyers whose processes exceed 200degF or who need removable labels should choose a different product.
