Direct thermal labels for industrial printers

These white direct thermal labels measure 2-1/4" x 3/4" and come on rolls of 1780 labels. Each carton contains four rolls for a total of 7120 labels. The Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock is a smooth, non-topcoated bright white paper with high sensitivity thermal coating designed for dry applications.

Suits high-volume shipping and inventory labelling

Buyers who need labels resistant to water, oil, alcohol or other liquid contaminants should look elsewhere because exposure can affect the thermal layer. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive works well on corrugated cardboard and plastics and meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Drop-in rolls for compatible direct thermal printers

Installation is straightforward on printers that accept this roll size and core. The perforated design allows clean separation between labels. The main issue arises if the labels are used in damp or oily environments where the thermal coating can degrade and the adhesive may lose grip.
