Abbott Label 2-1/4" x 4" General Use Labels Perforated 700 per roll 4 Rolls per Carton

General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These perforated paper labels ship four rolls per carton, each roll holding seven hundred labels for a total of twenty-eight hundred per box. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact and maintains tack at low temperatures. They suit shipping, inventory and general office labelling tasks.

Temperature and Converting Limits

The adhesive applies at a minimum of 30°F and remains serviceable from -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C) without losing adhesion. High-speed converting is supported, but the product is designed for thermal transfer printers only and will not image on direct thermal equipment. Buyers needing direct thermal media or wider temperature extremes should look elsewhere.

Upgrade from Smaller Rolls or Weaker Adhesives

Moving from lower-count rolls reduces change-over frequency on high-volume lines, while the acrylic emulsion outperforms rubber-based adhesives in cold storage and freezer-grade applications. The jump is worth it when label changes disrupt workflow or when labels must survive deep-freeze and heat cycles without lifting. Not suited for users who need colour printing or synthetic face stocks.
