Direct Thermal Labels for Industrial Printers

These white direct thermal labels measure 2" x 1" and are supplied on rolls of 1400 labels, with four rolls per carton for a total of 5600 labels. They are manufactured from Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock, a smooth non-topcoated paper with a high sensitivity thermal coating. The labels use a general purpose permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastics. They are intended for dry applications and meet FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Simple Roll Loading with Perforated Separation

Each roll is perforated between labels, allowing clean separation during printing and dispensing. The standard roll format fits most direct thermal label printers used in industrial environments. No ribbon or ink is required because the thermal coating darkens directly under the printhead heat. Exposure to water, oil, alcohol or other liquids can affect the thermal layer, so the labels should be stored and used in dry conditions only.

Verify Printer Compatibility

Confirm that your printer supports direct thermal media and accepts rolls with these label dimensions and core size. Ensure the application environment is dry and free from contaminants such as moisture, oils or solvents that could degrade the thermal coating. The adhesive is formulated for corrugated cardboard and plastics; test adhesion on other surfaces before committing to a full production run.
