SKU CH-9WPP-EA4RF

Perforated thermal-transfer paper labels, 3000 per roll and 18000 per carton, with permanent acrylic adhesive rated for indirect food contact and a service range of -65degF to 200degF

  • 18,000 labels per carton for high-volume printing
  • Perforated every 2-1/8" for easy label separation
  • Permanent acrylic adhesive rated for indirect food contact
  • Service range from -65 °F to 200 °F for cold or hot environments
  • 3" core with 8" outer diameter fits standard thermal transfer printers

General-Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These Abbott Label rolls supply 3000 perforated labels each, with six rolls per carton for a total of 18000 labels. They are designed for thermal transfer printers and use a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive suited to general-purpose identification tasks.

Installation Notes

The rolls have an 8 inch outer diameter and a 3 inch core, so the printer must accept those dimensions. Perforations every 2-1/8 inches allow clean separation, but misaligned media sensors can cause feed errors if the gap is not detected correctly.

Ideal Users

High-volume shipping, warehousing or compliance labelling operations benefit from the large roll count and adhesive that meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Buyers who need direct thermal media, smaller roll quantities or a different core size should look at other options.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the labels feed correctly after loading a roll?

Check that each 3" x 2" label separates cleanly at the horizontal perforation every 2-1/8 inches and that the thermal transfer print is sharp and fully adhered across the label surface.

What comes in the carton and what must be purchased separately?

The carton contains 6 rolls with 3000 perforated thermal transfer labels each (18000 total). You must supply a compatible thermal transfer printer and the matching thermal transfer ribbon; neither is included.

Which roll count should I choose for my print volume?

Each roll holds 3000 labels and a full carton provides 6 rolls (18000 labels). Select the number of cartons based on your expected label consumption over the replenishment cycle.
