Perforated thermal-transfer paper labels, 850 per roll across four rolls, with permanent acrylic adhesive rated from -65 °F to 200 °F and FDA 175.105 compliance

  • 3400 labels per carton for high-volume printing
  • Perforated every 3-1/8" for easy label separation
  • FDA CFR 175.105 compliant adhesive for indirect food contact
  • Service range -65°F to 200°F for cold and hot environments
  • Minimum application temperature 30°F for reliable adhesion in cool conditions

General-purpose thermal-transfer labels

These 3" x 3" paper labels use a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive suited to everyday identification tasks. Perforations between each label allow clean separation by hand or machine. The rolls suit warehouses, offices and light manufacturing lines that need consistent adhesion.

Perforation and adhesive performance

Horizontal perforations every 3-1/8" let operators tear off single labels without a cutter. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and holds at low temperatures. Minimum application temperature is 30degF with a service range of -65degF to 200degF.

Roll format and core compatibility

Each roll holds 850 labels on a 1" core with a 5" outer diameter, and four rolls ship per carton for 3400 labels total. The 40# basis-weight face stock feeds reliably through standard thermal-transfer printers. Buyers needing larger-diameter rolls or linerless media will need a different product.
