2500 General-Use Fan-Fold Labels

This carton contains two fan-folded stacks of 1250 perforated thermal-transfer labels each, totalling 2500 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive is FDA CFR 175.105 compliant for indirect food contact and is designed for high-speed converting. The product is supplied new in a single carton.

Perforated 3" x 5" Format for Batch Printing

Each label measures 3 inches by 5 inches with a horizontal perforation every 3-1/8 inches for easy separation. The 40# basis-weight paper handles general-purpose labelling tasks in office, warehouse or light-industrial settings. The adhesive provides a minimum application temperature of 30degF and a service range of -65degF to 200degF.

Replaces Cut-Sheet or Roll Media in High-Volume

The fan-fold configuration feeds continuously through compatible thermal-transfer printers, reducing reload frequency compared with smaller rolls or cut sheets. It is not suited for direct-thermal printers, colour printing or applications requiring synthetic or waterproof face stocks. Buyers needing fewer than 2500 labels or a different adhesive spec should consider alternative formats.

Questions about this item

Will these 3x5 fan-fold labels feed correctly through my older thermal-transfer printer?

The 3-1/8 inch perforation pitch and 40# basis weight match standard thermal-transfer feed paths, so most legacy desktop and industrial printers handle the stack without skewing.

How can I verify the adhesive is performing within the rated temperature range after I load the first roll?

Apply a test label at room temperature, then expose it to freezer conditions down to -65degF and heat up to 200degF; the permanent emulsion acrylic should maintain tack without lifting.

Does the carton contain only the two 1250-label stacks, or are cores, ribbons or software included?

The box ships with exactly two fan-fold stacks totalling 2500 labels; no cores, ribbons, dispensers or software are bundled.
