Direct Thermal Labels for Industrial Printers

These labels measure 4" x 1-1/2" and use Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock with a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive. They are designed for direct thermal printers commonly found in industrial settings and ship as 960 labels per roll across four rolls per carton.

Sensitivity Limits of Direct Thermal Coating

The non-topcoated thermal layer is intended for dry applications only. Exposure to water, oil, alcohol, or other liquids can affect the coating and degrade print quality, so the labels are not suited for environments where contaminants contact the surface.

Simple Roll Loading with Perforated Separation

Each roll is perforated for clean label separation during printing. Installation follows standard direct thermal printer roll-loading procedures. Buyers needing topcoated stock for moisture resistance or labels compatible with thermal transfer ribbons should select a different product.

Questions about this item

Should I buy one roll or the full carton of four?

Each roll holds 960 labels; the carton contains four rolls for 3840 labels total, so choose the carton for high-volume printing and a single roll for occasional use.

What does the 300LD coating mean for everyday printing?

The 300LD facestock has a high-sensitivity thermal layer that prints quickly without ribbons, but it is non-topcoated and designed for dry environments — moisture, oil or alcohol can degrade the image.

Which printers work with these direct thermal labels?

They suit a wide variety of direct thermal label printers, especially industrial models, and the general-purpose permanent acrylic adhesive bonds well to corrugated cardboard and plastics.
