General-use fan-fold label stacks

This carton holds two fan-fold stacks of general-use labels, each stack containing 10500 labels for a total of 21000 labels. They are designed for thermal-transfer printing and are perforated between every label. The product suits operations that need high-volume, continuous label output in office or warehouse environments.

Perforation and adhesive performance

A horizontal perforation every 4-1/8 inches separates individual labels for easy tearing. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive provides strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion, performing especially well at lower temperatures without losing high-speed converting capability. It meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Temperature and material limits

The adhesive carries a minimum application temperature of 30degF and a recommended service range from -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). Labels use a 40# basis-weight paper stock. Buyers needing labels outside this temperature window or requiring a different face-stock material should consider other options.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to replace the 10500-label stack in a high-volume thermal transfer printer?

Each stack contains 10500 perforated labels; a carton holds two stacks for 21000 labels total, so replacement frequency depends on your daily print volume.

What temperature limit will the adhesive reach first during continuous printing in a warm warehouse?

The adhesive service range tops out at 200 °F (93 °C); sustained ambient heat above that level will degrade bond performance before any other factor.

Does the 40 # basis-weight liner cause noticeable heat buildup or fan noise when the printer runs all day?

These are passive paper labels with no moving parts or electronics, so they generate no noise, heat or power draw during extended print runs.
