Label format and roll quantity

These 4-inch by 1-inch perforated paper labels are supplied on rolls of 5500 for thermal-transfer printing. A full carton contains four rolls, delivering 22000 labels for high-volume office or warehouse use.

Who these suit and who should look elsewhere

Operations that print shipping, inventory or address labels in large batches will match the roll count and perforated layout. Buyers who need direct-thermal media, synthetic durability or a different label size should look at other products.

Perforated roll count decides fit

The decisive specification is the 5500-label perforated roll designed for thermal-transfer printers. Confirm your printer accepts this roll diameter and core before ordering.

Questions about this item

What core diameter fits the 4-inch-wide rolls?

The labels are supplied on rolls measuring 4 inches wide, so a standard 3-inch core holder matches the typical width for desktop thermal-transfer printers.

How do you load the perforated roll without jamming the sensor?

Thread the web so the perforation lines up with the printer’s gap sensor, then calibrate the media length before printing the first batch of 5500 labels.

When should the printhead be cleaned to keep text sharp on the paper surface?

Clean the printhead with isopropyl alcohol after every roll of 5500 labels or whenever ribbon residue builds up, whichever comes first.
