General-Use Fan-Fold Labels

These fan-fold labels arrive as two stacks of 6000 perforated sheets each, giving 12000 labels per carton. They are designed for thermal-transfer printing in shipping, inventory and general office workflows. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and maintains tack at low temperatures.

Build Integration

The continuous fan-fold format feeds directly into compatible desktop or industrial thermal-transfer printers without a roll spindle. Perforations at every 4-1/8 inch allow clean separation after printing, freeing the operator from manual cutting. The 40# basis weight stock handles high-speed converting while remaining light enough for standard label applicators.

Bundled Value

Two full stacks in one carton reduce reorder frequency for high-volume environments. The adhesive’s service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC) and minimum application temperature of 30degF mean the same labels work in cold storage, freezer and standard office conditions without stocking separate rolls.

Questions about this item

What temperature range can the adhesive withstand once the labels are applied all day?

The adhesive is rated for a service range of -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C), so it remains stable during continuous indoor or outdoor exposure.

How much heat does the printer generate when running these labels continuously?

These are passive paper labels; they produce no heat themselves. Any warmth comes only from the thermal transfer printer mechanism during operation.

Which printer interface or core size is required for the fan-fold stacks to feed correctly?

The labels are supplied as fan-fold stacks with horizontal perforations every 4-1/8 inches and work with any thermal transfer printer that accepts fan-fold media.
