Abbott Label 4" x 2" Perforated Thermal Transfer Labels 3000 per roll 4 Rolls per Carton

General-use thermal transfer labels

These labels suit warehouses, shipping desks and light manufacturing lines that need a reliable, permanent adhesive on a standard paper face stock. They arrive new in cartons of four rolls, each roll holding three thousand perforated labels ready for thermal transfer printers. The acrylic emulsion adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Capacity and headroom

A single carton delivers twelve thousand labels, giving high-volume operations enough stock for extended runs without frequent change-overs. The three-inch core and eight-inch outer diameter fit most industrial desktop and mid-range tabletop printers. Perforations every two and one-eighth inches allow clean tear-off but the roll length limits use on printers with smaller maximum roll diameters.

Adhesive temperature range

The permanent acrylic adhesive applies down to thirty degrees Fahrenheit and remains serviceable from minus sixty-five to two hundred degrees Fahrenheit (minus fifty-four to ninety-three degrees Celsius). This wide window makes the labels suitable for cold-storage labelling and warm indoor environments alike. Buyers needing a removable adhesive or a synthetic face stock should look elsewhere.
