General Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These non-perforated labels suit high-volume shipping, inventory and product identification tasks. Each roll delivers 3000 labels and a full carton contains 4 rolls for a total of 12000 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Build quality and daily handling

The 40# basis weight paper stock feeds reliably through thermal transfer printers with an 8" outer diameter and 3" core. The adhesive provides strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion, performing well at lower temperatures without sacrificing high-speed converting. Minimum application temperature is 30degF with a recommended service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC).

3000 labels per roll for high throughput

A single roll supplies 3000 labels, reducing roll-change downtime on continuous print runs. Buyers needing perforated separation between labels or a different core size should select another product.

Questions about this item

What thermal transfer standard does the 3000-label roll support, and what print width does it cap at?

These rolls are made for thermal transfer printers and measure 4 inches across, so the practical print width is limited to 4 inches.

What core size and outer diameter does the roll need to fit my printer?

Each roll has a 3 inch core and an 8 inch outer diameter; check that your printer accepts those dimensions.

How do I load the non-perforated roll, and what step do people miss?

Thread the continuous web through the printhead and sensor, then calibrate the gap sensor so the printer detects each 2 inch label correctly.
