General-use thermal labels

These blue thermal-transfer labels measure 4" x 2" and come on perforated rolls for clean separation. Each roll holds 3000 labels and a carton contains four rolls for a total of 12000 labels. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Build and mounting

Rolls use an 8" outer diameter with a 3" core to fit standard thermal-transfer printers. Perforations run horizontally every 2-1/8" so individual labels tear off without tools. The 40# basis-weight stock feeds reliably through high-speed converting equipment.

Temperature range and adhesive

The adhesive applies at a minimum of 30degF and remains serviceable from -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This wide range supports cold-storage and warm-environment labelling without loss of tack.
