Perforated fan-fold thermal transfer labels supply 8000 labels per carton with permanent acrylic adhesive rated for indirect food contact and a service range of -65degF to 200degF
These Abbott Label fan fold labels arrive as 4000 perforated labels per stack with two stacks per carton for a total of 8000 labels. They use a permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive suited for general purpose labelling tasks. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact. The label stock has a 40# basis weight.
The fan fold format with horizontal perforations every 4-1/8 inches allows continuous printing and easy tear-off without a roll holder. The jump is worth it when you need high-volume thermal transfer output and want to avoid roll changeovers. Buyers who need pre-cut individual sheets or a different label size will not be served by this continuous perforated format.
These labels are designed for thermal transfer printers and are not compatible with direct thermal hardware. The adhesive has a minimum application temperature of 30degF and a recommended service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). Operation outside this range or use with incompatible print methods may cause adhesion failure.

The labels are 4 inches wide by 3 inches deep with a horizontal perforation every 4-1/8 inches, so the printer must accept 4-inch wide fan-fold media.
Feed the continuous fan-fold stack through the printer's rear or bottom tractor feed, align the 4-1/8" perforations with the sensor, and remember to set the gap/perforation sensor mode — not continuous — so each label stops correctly.
The adhesive is rated for application at 30°F minimum and service from -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C); if your environment exceeds this range, plan to test or replace the label stock.
