Perforated thermal-transfer labels, blue tinted, 1500 per roll with permanent acrylic adhesive rated from -65 °F to 200 °F
These 4-inch by 4-inch blue labels arrive on a 3-inch core with an 8-inch outer diameter. Each roll contains 1500 perforated labels and a carton holds four rolls for 6000 labels total. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.
The horizontal perforation every 4-1/8 inches lets you tear single labels cleanly without a dispenser cutter. The 3-inch core fits most industrial thermal-transfer printers that reject 1-inch cores. The jump is worth it when you need food-safe adhesion and high-speed converting on wide-web equipment.
Load the roll onto the 3-inch spindle, thread through the printer, and calibrate the sensor for the perf gap. Minimum application temperature is 30degF; service range spans -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). Misaligned perforation detection causes misfeeds, and applying below 30degF reduces initial tack.

The roll has a 3" core and an 8" outer diameter, so the printer must accept that core size and fit a roll up to 8" in diameter.
Load the roll with labels facing out, thread the web through the print mechanism past the perforation at every 4-1/8", and set the sensor to the gap so each label stops at the perf for clean separation.
Replace the printhead when print quality fades or bars appear; the permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive runs at service temperatures from -65degF to 200degF and meets FDA CFR 175.105, so adhesive buildup is minimal, but normal thermal-transfer wear still dictates the replacement interval.
