4" x 4" Thermal Transfer Labels

These labels measure four inches by four inches and arrive perforated for easy separation. Each roll contains 1500 labels and a carton holds four rolls for a total of 6000 labels. They are designed for general-purpose thermal transfer printing in office and warehouse environments. The 40# basis weight paper suits everyday labelling tasks.

Installation and common issues

The rolls have an eight-inch outer diameter and a three-inch core that fits standard thermal transfer printers. Perforations run horizontally every 4-1/8 inches so labels tear cleanly without tools. Misaligned perforations can cause jams if the printer tension is set too high. Ensure the adhesive side faces the correct direction when loading.

Temperature range and adhesive compliance

The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Minimum application temperature is 30degF and the service range spans -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This makes the labels suitable for cold storage and warm shipping conditions. Buyers needing labels for direct food contact or temperatures outside this range should choose a different product.

What comes in the carton and what must I supply separately?

The carton contains four rolls of 1500 perforated thermal-transfer labels each, totalling 6000 labels; you must provide a compatible thermal-transfer printer and the matching thermal-transfer ribbon.

Which roll count should I choose for my print volume?

Each roll holds 1500 labels and the carton supplies four rolls for 6000 labels total; select the number of cartons based on how many 4-inch by 4-inch labels you expect to print before reordering.
