Product Identity

Abbott Label 4" x 6" Direct Thermal Labels are supplied as 450 labels per roll across four rolls per carton for a total of 1800 labels. They use Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock with a general purpose permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive. The product is intended for dry applications in direct thermal label printers, especially those used in industrial settings.

Printer Compatibility

Verify that your printer supports direct thermal printing on 4" x 6" label stock and can accommodate the roll dimensions. The labels are perforated for separation. Exposure to water, oil, alcohol or other liquids can affect the thermal layer, so confirm the operating environment is dry. No ribbon is required for this media type.

Adhesive Benefits

The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact. It provides excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastics. This adhesive performance supports reliable labelling on common shipping and packaging materials without additional surface preparation.
