4" x 6" Fan Fold Labels for Thermal Transfer

These labels measure four inches by six inches and arrive fan folded with a perforation between every label. Each stack holds 2000 labels and the carton contains two stacks for a total of 4000 labels. They are designed for general purpose thermal transfer printing in office, warehouse or shipping environments.

Check printer compatibility

Verify that your thermal transfer printer accepts fan folded media with a horizontal perforation every 4-1/8 inches. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive requires a minimum application temperature of 30degF and performs across a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). Confirm the printer can handle 40# basis weight paper before ordering.

Perforation and adhesive simplify handling

The horizontal perf lets you tear individual labels cleanly without tools, speeding up packing and labelling workflows. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact, so the labels can be used on secondary food packaging. Both features reduce manual steps and help meet regulatory requirements.

Questions about this item

Does the carton include any ribbon or printer supplies, or are the 2000 labels per stack the only items supplied?

The carton contains two fan-fold stacks of 2000 perforated thermal-transfer labels each, for a total of 4000 labels. No ribbon, printhead or other consumables are included.

Should I choose the single-stack option or the two-stack carton for a 4000-label requirement?

Each stack holds 2000 labels; the carton supplies two stacks, giving exactly 4000 labels per box. Order one carton to meet a 4000-label need.

What does the 30 °F minimum application temperature mean when the labels are used in a cold-storage warehouse?

The adhesive activates at 30 °F and remains functional down to -65 °F, so labels applied in a chilled environment will still bond and stay adhered through deep-freeze conditions.
