Abbott Label 4" x 6" Perforated Thermal Transfer Labels 900 per roll 4 rolls per carton

General-Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These 4-inch by 6-inch paper labels are designed for thermal transfer printers and suit general-purpose identification tasks. Each roll supplies 900 labels and a carton contains four rolls for a total of 3600 labels. They are comparable to Kimdura stock and perforated between labels for easy separation.

Adhesive Performance Across Temperatures

A permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive delivers strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion even at lower temperatures while maintaining high-speed converting capability. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact. Minimum application temperature is 30degF and the recommended service range spans -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC).

Roll Dimensions and Core Compatibility

Each roll has an 8-inch outer diameter and a 3-inch core, so verify that your printer accepts these dimensions before ordering. The labels use a 40# basis weight paper stock. They are not suited for direct thermal printing or for applications requiring synthetic or waterproof face materials.
