White direct thermal labels measuring 4" x 8", supplied as four rolls of 750 labels each for 3000 total per carton, with permanent adhesive meeting FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact

  • 750 labels per roll reduce roll-change downtime

  • Direct thermal printing eliminates ink or ribbon costs
  • Permanent acrylic adhesive bonds securely to cardboard and plastic
  • FDA 175.105 compliant adhesive allows indirect food-contact use

Industrial Direct Thermal Labels

These 4" x 8" white labels use Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock with a high-sensitivity coating for direct thermal printers. Each roll contains 750 labels and a carton holds four rolls for a total of 3000 labels. The general-purpose permanent acrylic adhesive bonds well to corrugated cardboard and plastics. They are intended for dry environments such as warehouses and shipping departments.

Dry Use Only Limits

The non-topcoated thermal layer is vulnerable to water, oil, alcohol and other liquids that can degrade print quality. Exposure to heat or sunlight before printing may also cause premature darkening. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact but the labels are not rated for wet or outdoor applications. Printers must support direct thermal media without a ribbon.

Easy Roll Loading

Perforations between labels simplify separation after printing. Rolls load into most industrial direct thermal printers that accept 4" wide media with a standard core. Misfeeds usually come from incorrect tension settings or a dirty platen roller rather than the label stock itself. Ensure the printer is calibrated for the label gap before starting a large batch.

Questions about this item

How does the permanent acrylic adhesive perform on different surfaces?

The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and gives excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard plus superior adhesion to plastics.
