General-purpose thermal transfer labels

These labels are designed for thermal transfer printing and arrive perforated for easy separation. Each roll contains 1500 labels and four rolls are packed per carton, giving 6000 labels in total. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Build integration and consumable planning

The rolls have an 8-inch outer diameter and a 3-inch core, so the printer must accept those dimensions. Perforations at every 4-1/8 inches allow clean tear-off without a cutter. With 6000 labels per carton, inventory planning is straightforward for high-volume shipping or labelling operations.

Sustained-use adhesive performance

The adhesive provides strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion, maintaining bond strength at lower temperatures. Its recommended service range spans -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C), with a minimum application temperature of 30°F. The 40# basis weight stock supports consistent feeding through extended print runs.
