Abbott Direct Thermal Labels 4x2

These labels measure 4 inches by 2 inches and use direct thermal printing technology, eliminating the need for ink or ribbon. They are designed for industrial direct thermal printers and suit high-volume shipping, warehouse, and logistics labelling tasks. The carton contains four rolls for continuous operation.

Limits of direct thermal printing

The thermal coating is sensitive to heat, light, and abrasion, so printed images fade over time and are not suited for long-term archival use. Exposure to water, oil, alcohol, and other liquids damages the thermal layer and ruins legibility. These labels are intended for dry indoor environments only.

2940 labels per carton

Each roll holds 735 labels on a Fasson Direct-Therm 300LD facestock, giving 2940 labels per carton. The general-purpose permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact and bonds strongly to corrugated cardboard and plastics. Buyers needing removable adhesive or synthetic waterproof facestock should choose a different product.
