  • Perforated design enables clean label separation
  • FDA CFR 175.105 compliant adhesive suits indirect food contact
  • Service range -65 °F to 200 °F handles extreme environments

General-Use Thermal Transfer Labels

These thermal transfer labels come on 1500-count rolls with eight rolls per carton for 12000 labels total. Each label is perforated horizontally every 4-1/8 inches for easy separation. A permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive provides strong initial tack and lasting adhesion even at low temperatures. The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact.

Suited for High-Volume Shipping and Inventory

Warehouses, logistics centres and manufacturers running thermal transfer printers will appreciate the high roll count and reliable cold-temperature performance. The perforated format supports fast peel-and-apply workflows on production lines. Buyers needing direct thermal media or labels without perforations should look at other products. Small offices with low daily volume may find the carton quantity excessive.

30°F Minimum Application Temperature

The adhesive requires a minimum application temperature of 30degF and operates across a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC). This wide window makes the labels suitable for cold storage, freezer environments and standard indoor use alike. If your labelling process applies labels below 30degF, this adhesive will not achieve proper bond.

Questions about this item

What does 1500 labels per roll mean for my printer's run time?

Each roll holds 1500 labels so a single roll feeds a thermal-transfer printer through 1500 print-and-apply cycles before you need to reload.

How does the 3-inch core size affect printer compatibility?

The 3-inch core fits any thermal-transfer printer designed for standard 3-inch cores; the 8-inch outer diameter must also clear the printer's roll holder.

What clearance do the 8-inch outer diameter rolls need inside my printer?

The roll's 8-inch outer diameter requires a printer with at least 8 inches of spindle-to-cover clearance to mount and unwind without binding.
