Abbott Label Thermal Transfer Labels

These thermal transfer labels arrive as four rolls of 750 perforated labels each, giving 3000 labels per carton. They suit offices, warehouses and light-industrial sites that need a reliable general-purpose label for barcodes, shipping marks or product identification on standard thermal transfer printers.

Perforated Design and Adhesive Performance

A horizontal perforation every 8-1/8 inches separates labels cleanly without tools. The permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive delivers strong initial tack and ultimate adhesion, staying effective down to a minimum application temperature of 30degF and across a service range of -65degF to 200degF (-54degC to 93degC).

FDA CFR 175.105 Compliance

The adhesive meets FDA CFR 175.105 requirements for indirect food contact, making the labels suitable for packaging that may touch food. Buyers who need a direct-food-contact rating or a different adhesive chemistry should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I load these 3-inch core rolls into my thermal transfer printer?

Place each 4-roll carton on the printer spindle matching the 3-inch core size, then thread the perforated 4-by-8-inch labels through the print path so the perf sits at the tear bar.

When will the permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive need replacement?

The adhesive is rated for service from minus 65 deg F to 200 deg F; labels remain viable until the roll is exhausted or the liner degrades in storage.

What temperature limit appears first during continuous high-speed printing?

The 200 deg F upper service temperature of the adhesive is the first limit reached under sustained thermal transfer heat.
