Compact Wired Switch for Access Technology

The Ablenet 100SPY Specs Switch is a mechanical input device with a 1.375-in activation surface. It requires 3.5-oz of force and 0.025-in travel to activate. A 6 ft cord ends in a 3.5-mm mono plug for direct connection. Auditory click and tactile feedback confirm each press.

Suits Users Needing a Reliable Single Switch

This switch serves individuals who operate communication aids, environmental controls or computer interfaces with a consistent pressure action. The universal mounting plate allows flexible positioning on a wheelchair tray or desk. Buyers who need wireless freedom, multiple switch inputs or a larger target area should look at other solutions.

3.5-oz Activation Force Defines the Feel

The 100-g activating force determines how much pressure is needed to trigger the switch. If the user can reliably press with that force and travel distance, the device will register every input. If a lighter touch or a different travel distance is required, this model will not match the need.
