Questions about this item

Does the 200W P-VIP bulb generate noticeable fan noise or heat during all-day projection?

The lamp draws 200 watts, so the projector’s cooling fans will run at their normal speed and the housing will become hot; allow the unit to cool before handling.

Which Acer projectors accept the EC.J8000.002 module without extra adapters?

This lamp is a direct replacement for Acer projectors that list EC.J8000.002 as the correct part number; no additional cables or mounts are required.

Will the 2000-hour lamp life be reduced if I alternate this module with an older spare lamp?

Each lamp tracks its own hours independently, so swapping modules does not shorten the 2000-hour rating of either unit.
