Compact convertible for classroom use

The Acer TravelMate B3 Spin is a 12.2 inch touchscreen 2 in 1 notebook built for home and personal tasks. Its convertible hinge lets it shift between laptop and tablet modes, and the included active stylus supports direct on-screen input. A built-in camera shutter and a discrete TPM add privacy and hardware-level security for everyday use.

128 GB storage with 4 GB memory

The system ships with 128 GB of internal storage and 4 GB of RAM, enough for web browsing, document editing and streaming media. Larger media libraries or multiple heavy applications will quickly exceed the available space and memory, so users with those needs should plan for cloud or external storage.

Rugged chassis with versatile ports

A Kensington Nano lock slot secures the device in shared environments, while the supplied power adapter and cord keep it charged through the day. The compact 12.2 inch form factor fits small bags and desks, and the convertible design adapts to desk, tent or tablet positions without extra accessories.

Questions about this item

Will the 12.2" touchscreen and active stylus work with my older USB-A docking station?

The laptop includes USB-A ports so the dock will connect; the touchscreen and stylus operate independently of the dock.

How can I confirm the discrete TPM and camera shutter are active after first boot?

Open Windows Security to verify the TPM status and use the physical shutter slider to cover the webcam — the LED will stay off when blocked.

Does the box contain the active stylus and power adapter or must I buy them separately?

The package ships with the active stylus, power adapter and power cord included; no separate purchase is required for those items.
